Why our rooms stay small
We get asked why we do not simply book a bigger venue. Here is the reasoning.
Every time an event sells out, somebody suggests we move to a larger room. We keep saying no, and it is worth explaining why.
Past a certain size, the hallway conversation stops happening. People stop asking questions because the room feels like an audience rather than a group. That conversation is the part we are actually selling.
